Nice placement within the frame, focus is good and exposure is controlled.
I may only have De-saturated the blue in the sky to not blend in with the planes.
Hope to see a show like this in a few months if work schedule permits it.

oh my gosh! i love the Blue Angels performances. they're so talented and they fly really low sometimes :) this looks like you were no more than 100 metres from the planes, and with as fast as they must have been going, this is an expert shot. well done :)

There is a lot of blue color. The Blue Angels look good on the blue sky. Even the smoke seems partly blue. I wonder if there was some blue content in the fill. The yellow writing on the machines is an eye catcher. The planes are well placed into the frame. The diagonal placement of the group of for is eye pleasing. The photo shows crisp detail through. The balance of positive and negative space looks perfect to me.

There is a lot of blue color. The Blue Angels look good on the blue sky. Even the smoke seems partly blue. I wonder if there was some blue content in the fill. The yellow writing on the machines is an eye catcher. The planes are well placed into the frame. The diagonal placement of the group of for is eye pleasing. The photo shows crisp detail through. The balance of positive and negative space looks perfect to me.

do put on an impressive aerial display with their stripped down F-18 Hornets,don't they?
( I wonder how they'll do when they transition to the new F-35 Lightning II 'Joint Strike Fighter' in a few years? )

Who doesn't like a great air show especially with these guys. I like the smoke coming from the back and that dark blue sky. I really enjoy your work and I think that you are a great photographer.
