This is a really beautiful piece of art. I love the pose that you have given Jesus. The drawing, the shading, and the sombre quality of the painting are very very good. The only thing I would change would be to shade the nose of Jesus a bit more downward. I realize his nose should be lighter since it projects outward from the face, but I would just shade a little more downward on the nose, not much. However, even without any changes at all, it is a beautiful piece of work and I'd love to see it in person. I would give you 5 1/2 stars for this if I could. It is really expressive.

Lady Linda, this is emotive and so very apropos to this Holy Week. His life began in a manger and finished at the cross. From that moment on The gift for those who believe is death no longer holds us...life to life.
I like that he is looking down and that you managed to create a low key style with your hands that were Kissed by God and your Faith that shines brighter than any star in the sky.
This Friday is the very reason for our Faith.
1Peter 2:23~ "When they hurled their insults at him, he did not retaliate; when he suffered, he made no threats. Instead, he entrusted himself to him who judges."
This is the epitome of grace..God's Amazing Grace.
