Composition brings me to my childhood. Remembering amazing sparkle snow around in the winter nights. So much fun kids have sliding from a hill and of course catching snow. Thinking about that makes me feel warm. Thank you for amazing art!

This is such a charming entry into this contest Mark, and I especially like that the girl is sticking out her tongue to catch snow flakes. I remember I did the same when I was a child.
The all black background with stars is perfect, because the bright colors of the girls outfit and the white snow is standing out so well. I also think you have done this drawing paying such a good attention to details.
The format and framing is perfect, and the girl has got a fine placement off to the left. I think this is a lovely and well done drawing, and I wish you luck with the contest.

if i didnt get stuck in the snow in so many parts of this country(meaning i was working out in it) ..im really not a fan of the cold white stuff..living in Florida keeps me away of most of it. when when i was down here in the middle 80's it gave a brief snow..i was working in Orlando and it was a rare cold day(30's) then a lil small flurry of snow came down for a short time..it melted as soon as it hit the ground. i kept saying.."oh god you gotta be kidding!"..i have seen weird weather in different parts of this country. glad you like and thanks for the great review.
