Very pretty and well timed photo you have here. Color and lighting are on point. There appears to be a small amount of motion blur in the berry the Bohemian Waxing is catching. Other than that very well done, and very impressive timing.

That is totally amazing. With all the action, your focus is sharp. Interest is added with branch and berry's in the picture, a splash of color. Colors look true. POV is perfect.

I've never seen a live Bohemian Waxwing myself ( they're not native to upstate New York,I guess! )
but seeing your colorful,Well-Presented photograph of this one going after some berries is really a treat!
The lighting is especially attractive! It gives the scene a very enjoyable 'Real' look!

Well this is definitely a good take. What timing and placement. The berry just about to enter his little mouth. Well done. The presentation is good, balanced and produced here showing excellent detail in the waxwing and the berries beneath him. Quite an action shot.

Once we had groups of these lovely birds visiting our garden in winter, but now we have not seen them for years. You have pictured this one so well, and your timing is great. The bird and the red berries are standing out from the softened background in an excellent way.
The photo is nice and sharp and it is clear and well defined details to be seen in every part of the bird. The light is lovely and the exposure spot on.
The format you have cropped the photo into works well, and the bird has got a fine placement within the frame. This is a truly lovely and well taken photo Pat, and with an excellent DOF.

Wow. What a great stop action capture. Bohemian Waxwings are one of the most beautiful birds and to capture one with a berry in the air is amazing.
Even though the focus is not sharp as a tack, the colors, position in frame and eye catching stop action more than makes up it.
