Your notes are very informative and I was surprised it is a dog at first glance I thought a bear. Love the coloring and the eyes and expression you have created digitally is excellent.

Wow! I wouldn't have thought this was digitally painted. It definitely appears to be a traditional oil painting. Minus the mess :) Great job! A realistic rendering of the Bush Dog for sure!

This is a very interesting type of dog, it's head is similar in shape to the head of a bear, I like also that it's head is of a lighter color then it's body. Well shown texture of its fur, realistic face and facial features, it's eyes bring it to life. Nice digital painting , I appreciate your notes , they are informative and appreciated. Well presented!

Hi Cleo,
This is an interesting
digital Painting of the Bush Dog. At first glance, I thought he look wild.
And, someone told me these dogs are wild. Appreciate your information.
I can see how someone might have a negative effect due to an anchor such as fear, attack etc.
But, I am in total agreement of how "likes and dislikes should not be a part of a review." I have thought about this many times in reading reviews. Reviewers must be objective and not subjective. It's all about the art technique.
Your focus and attention to detail is very good. I especially like the eyes as they convey much emotion.
And, the brush strokes are also well done. Good tone throughout and colors are complimentary.
Thanks for sharing.

Does he play fetch? Lol. I couldn't resist. The facial is excellent. The details is excellent. The body form and language is excellent. The depth is excellent. The shading is excellent. The blend of the colors is excellent. The creation is well balance and very eye appealing to the viewer. Sorry out of 6's. Awesome work overall (clapping)

I don't know if he plays. I did not try because a big water ditch and a chain-ling fence were between us. :o)
Thank you very much for your encouraging comments. :o)

I honestly don't like it, it just looks ugly and angry. The photo is not clear, very poorly done. I'm sorry but it has a negative effect on me

Thank you for your review.
This is not a photo but the painting of an inhabitant wild animal at the zoo of San Antonio Texas.
I understand that you dislike the animal, but likes and dislikes should not be part of an review. Please read the review-guidlines of FanArtReview at the Question and Answer [Q&A, beneath the Community Tab above]. This is a wohlmined tip, because other artists might be not as undersatandisw as I.

Quite a good looking image posted here! Your fine and central composition of your dog offers us a good look at it. Seems like it is concentrating on something. Like it's shiny eyes! Exposure and sharpness are good. Nicely taken!
