Hi Mark, I know you created this for the "color green art contest" but this is what I see. This knight is the hero of all your funny flowers. He is the slayer of harmful bugs. He keeps rabbits and woodchucks at bay so they won't chomp down on some innocent plant. Cicadas watch out! With this fellow around no roots will be devoured. The tree shield says it all! Your images always have a story within. I always enjoy discovering what it is! :o) Nancy

decades ago when i was in school we were forced to read King Arthur..the green knights story is in there..thanks for the great review.

when Hitler was a boy, he avidly read comics of knights heroics and they formed to a greater part, his ideas, as can be seen from his rallies etc before the power sent him nuts. A green knight, who will defend forests and plant green everywhere is necessary at this time and a good thing. A knight is a person granted an honorary title of knighthood by a head of state or representative for service to the monarch, the church or the country, especially in a military capacity. Knighthood finds origins in the Greek hippeis and hoplite and Roman eques and centurion of classical antiquity.

your talking about the Prince Valiant comic series..boring but figures that Nazi would like that series..thanks for the great review

I had to watch the video before I wrote my review, that is a movie I have got to see! love the action flicks.
now as far as your rendition of the green night, I really doubt if you could have done any better than what you did. his stance is spot on and he really looks like a bad-ass. I wouldn't want to mess with him and I doubt not too many people would . way too cool!

Now this is impressive..... The design and the drawing is good, but for my its the background that really gets my eye. Those vines the make the archway.... The detail and coloring. The same for the wall of little leaves.... the time to draw that and color it, and the shade and tone to give it depth. very cool.

The colors are adequate for the story. Proportions and perspective appear realistic. The knight is well placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.
