This is a great entry for this contest.
The lighting really sets off the color of the blossoms and it contrast so well with the green bokeh background. Camera specs are right on. I can see high detail from excellent focusing.. Nice placement of the blossom amidst and adrift in a sea of green.

This is a great entry for this contest.

This little bloom is quite exquisite. I am enjoying seeing all those fine tones and shades of purples that make up the early bloom of the Allium. Your angle and use of light are creative and very pleasing. The background is sufficiently fused to make the bloom pop yet able to define the spiky leaves surrounding making an excellent frame.

this almost looks like one of our cone flowers which i only get to view for two days before the rabbits get it. I like the soft greens in the background soft yet you know what it is. the purple perfect contrast.
