I am not certain about the breed of this bird, but you have certainly created it well. It's shape and structure and the feet appear very much like the pigeons we have here. I see that hint of purple on the front of the neck and the iridescent blue green on the back of neck, it's body is white and it has a dark stripe at the bottom of its wing. Tail feathers are a pretty blue / grey tone.
The bird is well placed within the frame and it's such a beautiful shade of purple moving onto the green blue background , these colors are beautiful together and they work well to showcase the bird. I like also that red eye, that makes me think it's a pigeon .
