A great looking scene. There is nothing like fresh snow. I like the way it is piled up on the last year's blooms. Nicely composed with good colors. Best of luck in the contest.

Very cool image and one that is perfect for the contest.
The contrasting colors of red and white are well rendered. The placement of the main subjects is spot on as they instantly capture the attention of the viewer.
Very nice and I wish you all the best in the contest ~ Steve

Your close-up capture is intriguing. The snow-caps on the Sedum blooms are interesting. The color peeking out from beneath the snow are attractive and emphasize the thick layer of snow. Your photo is excellent focused, exposed and treated with mixed media. I appreciate the refinement of detail and the realism of color and light. The white balance is correct. The mixed media is p4e4rfect composed and framed. The composition is balanced.

The Sedum blooms indeed look lovely with hats of snow, and the light is falling so lovely on the snow. I especially like how well you have captured the fine textures of the snow, and the Sedum plants are standing out from it in an excellent way.
The photo is sharp showing such clear and well defined in the plants, and the white balance and exposure is perfect.
I also like the way you have cropped the photo and the placement of the Sedum plants within the frame. This of course makes for a good and well balanced composition. This is a lovely and well taken photo with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

I love snow! Maybe because where I live snows every 50 years... :-( I love the red light in the plants. It gives a great contrast to the image! Good luck with the contest!

Very cool shot. The snow on the Sedums are fantastic. I am just giving you a thought. The four top sedums are not necessary. The bunch is nice. just a thought. But this is a nice photo. The snow color is perfect.

Perfectly framed, the oranges and reds on the blue snow set the old sedum blooms and it gives them the center of attention. Also the sun breaks through and gives a warm feeling. Nicely done.

Oh that is is a very fine composition and very unique subject matter professionally and beautifully photographed. Its intriguing how high the snow can pile itself on such a giddy foundation, but I expect the freezing process serves to hold it on there... My admiration for the patience it took to shoot this shot just at the right moment. Very impressive!
