The composition really works very well.
The details throughout are very nicely done.
Light and shadow play works well and I like that this is in b&w as I feel it has a better impact thatn it would have in colour.

I like the ideal of the black and white composition for this. It is rather unique and effective for viewing. Nice sharp detail and the background works well. Good subject to use also. The design in the flowers stands out nicely. Your use of the programs has done a great job on this. The glass and the apple add good balance. The vase blends nicely as well.
