Hi Willie,
This Heron is beautifully photographed.
I especially like the movement of the feathers above the legs.
I have suggested some cropping ideas which I think would make the Heron a clearer POI.

Great shot, love all the colours here, dont know if you used a polariser or not maybe that would have changed the depth of colour on the water.

Please get one, not too expensive, really does make all the difference in the world especially taking off glare on water.

You caught him well in his little natural habitat. The white color of his feathers stands out well against the green tropical leaves. Good focus, lighting, composition and impact. Thanks for sharing.

The composition and colors of this are very nice. The lines of the stems give the image a good amount of movement and energy while the bird is a very strong center of focus. Good contrasts and I like the lighting on the white feather of the bird.

Wonderful shot. Great storytelling here, showing his whole environment. DOF is very good. I may have cropped it a little on the left to get him more off centre and show more of where he is looking, but still great as is. Thanks for sharing.

I like the way you have cropped this- we get to see a little bit of the whole of his environment-I can hear the water lappin against the growth-image is well focused-I really like that I can see the eyes so well-and get a feel for the softness of his feathers,great title-he seems to be saying I know you are out there- come to papa-
