Another good Jay image. Lovely luxuriant feathers and great colour. Nicely focused and good DOF too. I'd like to see some catch lights in the eyes but still a very viewable picture.

Excellent catch, Willie! He looks like he needs a combing this morning! I have never seen one straight on before, this would be a great one for a prominent website or magazine. But then again, you can just start creating your own book or calendar! I would have to seriously consider one of those ~ especially if you included a couple of Blue Herons, your Blue Birds...throw in a couple of cardinals! Just a thought, Willie...
