This is something i have noticed in a lot of eastern European countries where they like to decorate the end walls of houses and flats with some very vivid imagery - not something we get in the UK.

I do like the contrast of the tree against the wall and the snow which both give a very cold feel to the image. Kind of the view we have of eastern Europe anyway I think.
