These little guys eat alot don't they!? I too feed the hummingbirds all summer and enjoy watching them from my bedroom window while I paint. What an awesome photo this is of the hummingbird caught in flight. Great details and lighting, I love the deep green background. Must have been hard to get this shot, they move so fast. I was surprised to see them actually sit at the feeder and eat.

thank you so very much! I have four feeders and I have to fill hem every day! I have been using about six pounds of sugar each week! Give or take a pound! It is hard to get them in focus as they wont hold still long enough to focus. I shot 50 times to get five good ones!

I have no doubt - perseverance is the key! Excellent shot and good job keeping all the little guys fed. It's amazing how much they eat.
