Taking a picture of an animal can be very challenging and it requires lots of tolerance, good behavior of the animal.. This guy appears to be camera-friendly. I like the way you have presented only his 'look' which is very expressive.

Ok, I don't usually like animal pics, but this really captures his thoughts, and yes I did melt slightly, (but I'm not having another dog!) Very lovely image, the detail is so clear in his eyes and hair.
