Heroes indeed, where would we be without the dedication of these angels? In our society we place a huge importance on out athletes who complain about just about everything. These people donā??t get the signing bonus or the big endorsements; they pretty much go through our lives repetitively unnoticed until they are needed. Thank god they have the passion because they are not doing it for the money, thanks so much for sharing and reminding us, we canā??t live without them.

tony you are so correct. my father has been with the leland, mississippi volunteer fire department for over 40 yrs (he is now the cheif). what many dont know that the volunteer firemen dont get paid, unless some decides to donate money (that dont happen much) these are people who have other jobs but will drop what they are doing and respond in that little community when a fire happens! no paycheck just a thank you..sometimes. my dad is now 83yrs and he is still out there with the rest of doing the same thing not worring about his health. I think he will be doing that until he cant move no more or dies. I stand so proud of these people who have that kind of character. I want to thank you for your valuable time and giving this dedication such a great reveiw!
