You have put everything in this photo that would lead one to believe they have missed nothing other than the coolness of the outdoors ,@ this time of year. The colors that are shown on the water are breathe taking. The focus in background is alittle off. Excellent work

Comments: Cyber 5.5 Rating coming your way. This is a great capture of the heron catching the fish he is about to eat. Very good stop action. Very crisp focused picture. I say that about 90% of wildlife great shots are pure luck. But when the luck happens you better be good to capture the moment in time. Because that is what it is. Just a moment. One of the things I have learned is that it is all on their agenda. If you can figure out how to get them to pose for you patent it because you will become wealthy. This is a fantastic shot. The only thing wrong with it is that you took it. (lol) It is the type of picture I would like to capture. Thanks for sharing.

Another beautiful catch for you and the bird! The water is as stunning as is the bird. Shadow on the bird looks a bit dense and the sun, apparently reflecting off the fish makes it appear washed out but that is only a minor detail compared to its strengths. You can always add a little color.

Great image, gorgeous colours! Loving the water reflection. The bird is nice and sharp, I can even see its eye, and it is position just right for the shot. Thanks for sharing.

This is a fantastic attempt in capturing a bird of prey getting its catch. What an exciting sight. The out stretch wings are amazingly sharp and clear. The wet feature give away where the catch came from. The cropping is good to help bring your eyes to the subject matters. Fine work in this photo. Good Job!

Very impressive photograph Willie. This is a crystal clear image. I really like the color in this photo. What great use of light, exposing the heron well. The bluish gray color of the bird really stands out. Your focus is really stop on. I can even see the eye on the fish. The reflection in the water just gives this photo even more punch. What great impact! I am very impressed with this photograph, and it is highly enjoyable.

I like this photo of him coming out of the water with brunch in his mouth. It shows his front feathers all disheveled from being in the water. First brunch, and then pruning, I think. Or else, he'll just sun dry, lol. It is hard to just keep a pose and wait for an animal(s) to do their thing. They seem to always want to do it at just the second our eyes are not ready. You can't be upset with missing the first because you got a great shot. The reflections and his wake create tremendous colors and designs in the lake. It really is a great shot.
