he he I can feel the tension as we speak, just waiting for him to pounce on his lunch. Lovely image captured, love the reflections. You have composed the image well and it all balances out nicely. The shimmering in the water is just lovely, a merge of lots of different autumnal flecks. Good luck with the contest

I like how you captured the fall foliage of the trees without even showing the trees. clever that.Poor thing looks like he dosn't want to get his feet wet ! nice reflection of the Heron. Good luck in the contest.
