So, yes. I would call this art. But, of course I couldn't define art. It's the old story, "I don't know art, but I know what I like." I love the lighting and the high contrast of this shot. I find it interesting that the feathers or branches look like they were lit with a flash. Very nice effect.

Well not sure what to say but I suppose it could be clasified as art because of the perfect spherical shape of them! Like the composition and the nest type feathers along the bottom! The addition of water in the f.g. adds interest and the reflections are wonderful! Focus is sharp and the lighting is quite amazing to give the eggs depth! Unique idea and wonderful image Annie!

My view is that if anything is presented for viewing, as long as its legal, then it is art. I regard your work here as a form of photographic art! Well I think this is a great photo of something very usual and of course the art is in the composition of the photo and the taking of this shot . It s only art once an artist has depicted it trough a medium . Appropriate darker background showcasing well position within frame subject . Light from below nicely light up bed of feather and add to showcasing.it is a beautiful and well taken photo of something very usual but shown in a very artistic way ! Good work

i think the eggs alone would not be very artistic but presented in such cleverly constructed setting with accessories they do become a pretty good sort of abstract form of art, nicely done annie, regards adrian

Anything is really art - it's all in our mind and eyes. This is different and rather nice. I have been in photography for longer than you are old and must tell you, With a good eye, you can find a photo in anything. NICE!

I like the shapes and textures and colors of all the various bits of material under and around the eggs, but the eggs themselves aren't that interesting..to me..Maybe it's the plain whiteness, and that there's two of the same oval shape. not sure..wish I could be more articulate.
