I like the grey background a lot, and the drop is nicely captured, with a good reflection. To me, this has a bit of a sad feel, as if floating in tears. Donkeyoatey

Nice position in the frame and such a drop, almost as big as the leaf, love the detail and reflection it gives as well as the ripples of water the petal is lying on. Like how the second drop also catches the light. Good shot.

Very creative, clever, and intriguing.
I like how the light reflects within the large drop of water, and how there are also tiny 'bubbles' of water within that drop. The smaller drop of water at the tip of the leaf seems to be following the direction of the point of the leaf. Very nice symmetry and composition. Your touch of the reflection in the puddle and your choice of background and vignette has resulted in a nice presentation.
Many thanks for sharing your successful photo idea!

Grey saucer? Not seen one of these for many years now! Like the work that you have posted here. Looks as though the leaf is floating in a pond or lake on a foggy/misty day. A very good work, well done!
