Good job to capture the waves at the perfect momment. I'm not a fan of seascape pictures in black and white but I do agree that this has a nice impact.

Great capture the water has really been stoped in its tracks with that shutter speed. The tone mapping almost gives it a HDR look, the rocks are a little hard to distinguish at first

Very nicely done. I like the spray of water as the waves crash against the rocks. Nicely composed and well focused.

A Brillant stop action picture of water droplets caught in suspended animation as they hit he rocks. Perfect camera techniques alround with pin sharp focus.

Nice shot!
I really do like this one! I love to see the splash. I don't live close to the coast, I think about 1000 miles, so I don't get this opportunity. Good luck with the contest!

Very nice picture. I love the way you have frozen the water and spray in mid-air, very well conveying what your title says, the power of water. The fact that the picture is presented in black and white adds interest to the scene

Wow, what a picture! Love how you managed to capture the waves crashing like this, amazing usage of the B/W, it gives it more of a dramatic feel. Mid day shots are hard to take, and you did a heck of a job with this one, thank you for sharing.

Very dramatic and superb seascape Annie, and a great capture. The B&W really makes the sea spray from the breaking wave stand out. Excellent camera and software work. One of the best B&W seascapes I've seen for a long time. Very well done.
