This is really pretty. The feeling of missing you comes through. Really like the shades and tones of purple you chose. Composition is nicely done. Pretty piece.

Excellent piece of work this. Great curving composition with a nice dark base to it. The bright area of grass could do with toning down very slightly I my opinion and I am not sure what the brown spots are on the stems, would be better without them.

Very pretty image. The lavender and purple tones of the flowers are beautiful, especially since the light is highlighting some of the small blooms that make up the larger flower head. Are these blooms really on these stems or did you put them there? I ask because the plant does not look sturdy enough to carry them and because I cannot recognise this plant either! Whatever, the image is very beautiful. The grass foreground adds texture and the blurred background enhances the flowers. Great image for a greeting card as you say.

Thank you so very very much, Susan! My motto on FAR is, "I paint for thee and me, not reality." In other words, I make everything up, LOL! I'm not sure what you mean by did I put the blooms on these stems. Well, I guess I did--this is a digital painting. I don't use photos. Is that what you were thinking? Again, thank you for the beautiful review. I truly appreciate it. :)shawn

Lovely design. Nice soft romantic focus, colors and lighting. Arrangement of the flowers in the image is very nicely done. I like the contrast against the feathery grass and the fade to blurred green in the background. Very nice presentation.

This is very pretty. I like the 'M' best. I've never seen a font quite like that. Did you create it? I love those purple flowers. What would you call those? I get a sad feeling just looking at this card.

A lovely composition. The flowers are drooping as if they are sad and a lonely butterfly on one stem so Missing You, is appropriate for the image. The colours harmonize and techniques used to make his design have been used to advantage - well done!

Beautiful image. The focus on the lavender is great and you can smell the flowers if you know the scent. The grass area speaks of sunny summer days.i don't think you need the small butterflies.

This surely will make the dear one run into your arms!:) Technically, I think, it is flawless: the flowers are beautifully proportioned, the composition is carefully and intelligently thought out, and the light and shadow effects are exquisite. Well done!

So beautiful! Whimsical. The drooping flowers represent the message. The happy butterflies and light represent happiness and hope. I would buy.
