What a fresh take on the Autumn theme! As much as I love paintings and photos of trees at the height of their color change, there is more to fall than that and this is a great reminder. Love the muted color scheme and your statement that even in this season there are good choices for grabbing the garden snips and bringing in some living art for the dinner table. Flawless execution and elegant impact.

Is that a real flower or imaginative? I have never seen that beauty before? However, it is very beautiful I love those colors which are bold, with some softer shads and sensitive. The glass and the light reflection in it are extraordinary. Best luck for the contest.

This is just so pretty and apt for the contest. I would like to read more details as to how this was achieved. What software did you use. New to such images, it would help me to find suitable programmes to upload onto my computer! Lovely soft colours except for the flower itself which is stunning. Love the composition and perspective. I cannot fault this in any way.

Oh dear, I thought I wrote that in my notes, but sometimes I forget that. lol. I use PSP, which is Paint Shop Pro sold by Corel. It's very reasonably priced for all it does :) Thank you ever so much for the wonderful comments on this. I really appreciate it. :)

Background hues are reminiscent of the 1960's but not as bold! I do like the smokey feel and the somewhat painterly quality of this piece. THe red center is nicely positioned and te glass is nicely anchord in space. Interesing piece!.
