I never cease to be amazed by the types and colors I see of these butterflies on FAR. It has been quite an interesting learning experience. The colors in this well focused, wonderfully detailed Great Mormon are stunningly vibrant.

Another beautiful butterfly that you captured here. I love the red in its wings. It does look like it's tail has been chewed up a bit. Excellent shot of this butterfly that I've never seen before. Good shooting and thanks for sharing it.

its one we don't have here Fred. I just love his colors. You framed him really well and your focus shows good detail and lovely texture on the wings. Nice background bokeh too. Techs are good. I noticed her skirt was torn. Very impressive shooting.

Mon Ami, this insect is far more attractive than Mitt Romney anyway. Irrespective of the fact that some of the insect's tail has been chewed off ( that well may be the only connection with Mitt), it is an impressive capture, well framed and composed, I really like the detail and the light reflecting off the wings. Excellent camera work, as always. Well done.
