What a simple yet effective statement with your art. I like the stark portrayal of the barbed wire and how it is backlit with the landscape. The simple little flowers at the bottom where the wire ends lends an innocence to the picture. Good luck in the competition.

A simple image so far as components are concerned, but a very striking one! I thought at first I knew the photographer but having read your notes, I am not so sure now! I like the darkness of the post, eaten away at its end, with the tangle of barbed wire falling onto the ground. Placement in the frame is perfect. The background is beautifully blended just hinting at shrubs/trees through the mist. Love the colours in the grass which has that early morning haziness but caught every now and then by sunlight struggling through. Very pretty, light and airy grasses in the foreground. Touches of meadow daisies here and there add further interest. The colours all blend very well together to create a wonderful piece of work. Good luck in the contest.

this is very nicely done...love the depiction of sunlight filtering through mist, the colors are consistent with a cool misty spring morning and the old post with the wire is immaculately done

This is a great digital composition. I think the broken twisted wire on the pole is a great main feature showing the touch of man on the landscape. You did a really good job of the perspective. Great depth and light.

Great piece of Digital art. Great techniques and awesome color harmony. I love the golden color of grass and its reflection in water. The white flowers are a beautiful detail. Great impact the silhouette of fence post with the barbed wire. Great job. Luck.

I just love this! What a wonderful work of art, love how the barbed wire is wrapped around the old post, the golden gras and foggy b/g are stunning, and the white flowers placed perfectly and just stunning as well. Super fab job, just beautiful!;)
