I don't care what 'others' think, I think you do a fantastic job with your sharpies!! Sometimes the color is off from being natural BUT this doesn't matter it's 'what', you are trying to protray in your art that counts and the awesome drawing is more than enough but when you give it your sharpie it comes alive! Great sharpness and clarity and I like the way you framed it and the way that you colored it. Keep up the awesome job...thank you for sharing ;)

In the end..art is what people like, if they hate it, it will not sell no matter what the "experts" say..if people like it..the flaws won't matter! LOL! I LOVE this, have been a ring fan for many years, way before it was popular! I think this is EXACTLY what Gandalf would look like, fierce and yet caring. I wish you all the best in the New Year. Cool poster I really loke the colours even of the skin you are right about some of the sites I personally think you are talented artist I can't see why sharpies are not seen as an art medium guess it's the arty farty types who think their opinions are the only ones that count love the capture of the eyes and expression great subject composition detail initial impact shading tones well done as usual

Wonderful detail all around. Especially on the sword and it's guard. Nice intense look in the eyes and fine detail on the beard and hair. Mind if i ask, how long does something like this take to do with all that detail?

As always, your work makes me look, and look every line and perfect detail. The texture of the skin is exquisite, the lines expressive of face and eyes - Oh my God, what eyes!- them seem look to my eyes. They have magnetism. Very , very good this work. Applause.

The detail of his face and sward looks amazing. Love he texture of his nose. I think your series idea is great because it gives you a lot to draw. This drawing truly is a classic, I can't imagine the time you must have put into it.
