This is a great people shot Fred. and good thing he tipped his hat up so you could see all his face without shadows Like the light which gives his face a nice warm glow about it. The Chinese writing behind him gives a really nice touch to this photo. Good portrait shot captured with fine techs.

Love the Chinese writing on the wall (have no idea what it says), good frame, focus and exposure to show the details of this every day fisherman. What a neat hat he is wearing and a cane for walking.

I like your picture very much, its a great portrait. However what I like as I studied it is the story it tells. Each item in the picture seems to have a meaning, the hat, the writing in the background, what appears to be the top of a walking stick and of course the face with a half smile and the beard. Job well done.
