An absolutely gorgeous piece of work!!! The composition is simple but extremely effective. Your capture of the reflections is wonderful. I love the tones. The image was taken from a nice POV and the DOF is very nice also. I love the subdued lighting. It would not have hurt if the focus on the bird had been a bit crisper but the image works well just as it is. Outstanding job!!!

An absolutely gorgeous piece of work!!! The composition is simple but extremely effective. Your capture of the reflections is wonderful. I love the tones. The image was taken from a nice POV and the DOF is very nice also. I love the subdued lighting. Beautiful reflections like this are always a joy to see. Love the colorful display of colors the early morning is displaying on the water. I like how the heron almost seems like a sentry above the water. Almost makes you feel that soon you'll hear the sound of a Loon drift across the water.
