Lucien, you are an amazing talent. A wonderful creative artist. This piece with its color and detail is amazing, The shading and highlights are incredible, and the eyes and facial expressions are great. It looks like the mother is looking right at you with that fantastic eye.

I like this but I feel there is too much yellow in it. Maybe if the calf had a bit of tan in it, it would look better. I appreciate the amount of work you put into these drawings because I have done this type of work and I know the amount of time it takes. I also think you do a wonderful job getting the detail correct. Hats off to you and your great work Lucien.

This is as perfect as the two horses painting. I like those colors which look very natural, realistic, but also cheerful. Especially the eye of the mother is exquisite drawn. I admire your talent to draw with ink markers in this in our time unusual style. You brought new life to an art which was in danger of being forgotten.

A really very nice piece of art, made with such love and dedication and this just comes out of this frame - very nice composition showing the love between mother and child and also the color choices are bringing a lot of light into this work - the clear golden calf and grass are just handsome - the look of MOM is perfectly dedicated and soft looking after the baby - a very perfect creation, with handsome techniques to create the shadow and details in such perfect way just using dots - I just can say congratulations as you did an amazing job

I have seen this type of work before. Perhaps it was another picture by yourself. Find it quite fascinating the way the image is made with all these little dots. Love the subjects with the adult animal in dark brown and the baby in much lighter tones. Great piece of work which I have enjoyed reviewing.
