Interesting face and expression. Colorful hair dress, matching the ones on the shawl. Good contrast and sharpness. Seems to me a little bit burned out on the upper left side.

Yes, she looks a bit angry or grumpy, but the expression is priceless and well captured by you. I think what she is wearing on her head looks like a colorful folded up table cloth. LOL The background is nice and neutral, but suffer from a bit of a blow out in the upper left corner, and I would have tried to darken this area a bit.

Your focus is however spot on and sharp showing clear and very fine details in her costume, and the light is good even with the bit of over exposure in the background. It is also very good colors in this photo.

The woman is well placed within the frame, but a bit more extra space at the top would be fine. This is all together a really well taken shot, and I wish you luck with the contest.
