If one was not a cat fan, this could change their opinion. Beautiful eyes of green and golden fur creates a beautiful portrait of loving but independent cat. He has character and poise but says that I will still do it my way. Beautiful art.

Have you ever noticed that when the "humane society" or the "food for children of Africa" TV ads are played.
They all have one thing in common. They show you the pictures with music and slowly pan in on the eyes of the child or dog or cat.
They do that for one reason. We are preconditioned to look at eyes, and read those eyes. We all do it without even knowing we do it.
The eyes in this pastel are perfect, they draw the viewer in and hold you on the face.
I really think this is one of the best I've looked at here on FAR. Sorry all I have left is a 5.

He is painted just so well, his eyes are just so well done, just beautiful, along with his nose, ears and detailed long hair fur.

Oh I love cats too and you had me as soon as I saw these big green eyes! What a beautiful drawing of a very attractive cat. The detail is such that I feel I could reach out and stroke him!
