very interesting piece...I think it would take a lot of will power to stick with a particular color or two throughout an art piece...you have done this quite nicely...well done and thanks for posting

Love this gold dominated landscape. I thought, this is a gold mine, at first. Very dramatic and mysterious. Might be perfect for some magical, fantasy and enchanted stories. That creature there, is creepy, but can be a good character for your story. High five on creativity. Well done.

Soulfeeder, thank you so very much! The "creature" is not so creepy when you realize it's just and old dead tree stuck in the river. LOL. Again, thank you! 8-)

OMG! I really thought those were giant bug, like a scorpion. My apology. I'd been reviewing digital arts with various characters and I guess, I got carried away. lol.

Stated otherwise, they are all creative. Most of the time, its me who is a bit "slightly cracked." You can read that description of me, in my profile, and I guess, that makes me beautiful. lol! God bless and enjoy your weekend, okay. Life is short, laugh!

Beautiful landscape scene, great images of the hills reflecting in the water. Very well done sky, and the log in the water adds to the scene.

Really nice colors. The dark clouds over the mountains could be darker and create a more menacing storm front. You could select the light areas on the water, lighten them and then use a filter to give the water highlights a crystal or glass effect.

Great "desert" river as the Rio Grande is. The yellow and oranges are great together, I also enjoy looking at the branch traveling through. Great digital painting. Thanks for sharing.

Wow this is amazing! (I have run out of 51/2 stars or would have awarded that). Beautiful colour work and harmony. Visually very impactful and soothing. Lighting is so good, technical editing excellent!

The lighting reminds me of the sky after a storm. The golden casts of light breaking through the gloom is gorgeous. The two ridges of hills gives great DOF. The POV across the river looking up into the hills gives a feeling of standing on the shore. The snagged tree stump sticking out of the river gives a point of reference.
