This is a very pleasant and well composed photo. However you've manipulated it, it sure works well and it is very contemplative. The focus is clear and the color is great. I also like the reflection. Very nice

Hi Steve, this is so soft and soothing to view, it's a beautiful pastel sunset , the water is so still, it really draws the viewer in and invites relaxation, I especially love this bare branched tree standing in silhouette , it brings texture and perspective to this calm scene. This is of course, well focused, the image is clear, exposure is well managed, the colors and tones appear natural. I loved your poem too and it's true, I think that the only time we are truly in the present is when we are in front of a scene such as this. It's beautiful !

Very aptly titled. A very calming photo at either sunset or sunrise with a slight haze across the water and the mountain afar and a solitary tree...this gives one a chance to contemplate...think. nice.
