What a beautiful portrait of the lion. Love the softness of his flowing mane and the look off his eyes. Shows a lot of character. He looks alert and ready for action. Good color. Good shading of darker areas. Well drawn and painted. Enjoyed viewing.

The soft pastels bring out the love in those beautiful eyes.
For me this is the Lion Of Judah,
Have you seen the Narnia movies?
The lion is the main character in the series. This lion reminds me of him.
I love you work with the soft pastels.
Your details and textures are excellent.
Great work. This has a majestic glow to it. Very regal.

This is a super pastel by you ! You have given a very serene feel to one of nature's powerful killers. The mane flows freely but it's the fixation of those softly focused eyes that get me. Great work !

I really like this - only wish the photo was clearer so I could see your layers. Lovely defined forehead and nose area. Hard to see clearly but my guess is that the eyes are outstanding.

Very good drawing of this lion I like the way you drew him the colors that you used atre well thought out and the form is very good there eyes can be really hard but you did a great job on them he looks like a young lion with his main still growing in great looking drawing arthound john ( :
