when i first looked at this picture i thought it was a photo. you have painted this with incredible detail. i feel i am looking this magnificient creature straight in the eye and it is staring back at me!

The title is great for this.
The focal point is the eye for sure.
I love how you decided to make this all about the eye.
The shape, the lashes, the light is amazing. I love how you decided to use pastel colors like a rainbow for the fur also. Nice work Suzanne thanks for sharing.

This is a bit of a departure from your regular work and this is really great! I can imagine that this took quite a while and intent studying of the books. But, when it comes down to it, it's your interpretation and I think you did a great job here with all the detailed work. The look within the eye to me is as if it's looking through you. The colors are subdued but still powerful in quiet way. Interesting where you placed the pupil. Great job, really. Enjoyed your painting, Suzanne. Good luck. Annie

Very nice. The colorations you have put into this are great. I like the way the eye color is sort of repeated at the edge of frame in the fur. Beautiful reflective quality to the eye. Good luck.

I always find the "Eyes" are the key to any photography or art piece! This one sure is no exception! Unbelievable how realistic the shape right down to the detail of the eyelashes look. Great job.

Fantastic work Suzanne! Love the detail in the eye especially. Obviously you took a lot of time getting that just right. The more I look at it the more it seems to look like a photograph!
