There are so many WOSs! coming out of me right now. This is inspirational, astounding and so well done my mind can't take it all in. I loved it as soon as I saw it. It's obvious you took great pains to create this remarkable visual story. Thanks so much for sharing this. -mia

This is an interesting and impressive piece of work. I like the color tones and the birds, you managed to make this everything that your notes said it was and more. Donkeyoatey

Very good job with you software in blending the images. I really like the crispness of the birds in it. Great coloring and exposure. I like the blending of the yellows and oranges. Emotionally this fantasy leaves one an out from unreality to going back into the real world. Anyway thats the way I see it. Great job. Good luck in the contest.

Thank you so much for your supportive review. You are right: going back to the real world...I wish here in the picture but reality soon.

Beautiful contest entry, I love the symbolism here. Excellent composition and most beautiful colors. In my opinion there are too many birds, but still a great creation. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you so much Xennia, I tried many variations with less birds and other things than birds, but couldn't get this wish for 'escaping' this longing for 'freedom' into the picture. So I put the birds back.

This is wonderfull mixmedia, i really love the way you have used your thoughts on this, it sure gives a dreamy look, and it depicts in this mixmedia purely, Technicaly there is a fault, I have highlighted that area, we can not define the foreground and the wall, it looks just a wall, try to rotate the foreground a bit and it would do a justice. Overall lovely work, all the best for the contest.

Thank you for your helpful review. I didn't realised the flaw with the floor. It's probably happen when I put the haze over. I will play with it. Thanks :)

Very interesting picture. The composition, colors, details and the story behind this view is very good. It gives the viewer a interesting perspective of the after life, being ill, thinking of death or even just a release from the despair of a hiospital room. Picture of a thousand questions and individual answers.

Brilliantly composed - this is going to be a tough competition with the great works I have seen so far - and yours is no exception. Love your choice to add your own photo in the picture in your work. (wow that was tough to say lol) I like how you kept the ceiling tiles - keeps it understandable that this is an industrial type location. The clouds and the birds make me feel like something is leaving - but to an unknown destination. Well done, best wishes for the contest.

Yes it could be something is leaving but I was more thinking of somebody want to leave but can't do it jet. The destination is the picture on the wall...home.

A very powerful statement Cleo..
The analogy of the patient wanting to become one with you photograph of the sea at sunset is very strong. Add the birds and the freedom they represent and anyone who has spent time in a hospital bed will identify with all of the feeling you are showing here!
very interesting and well done...Dennis
