Great subject matter, you attention to detail is spot on, colors are done very nicely and not over powering which some people tend to do when illustrating a tiger. The reflection in the eye is well done. Bravo Suzanne

To my mind's eye your tiger eye has the essential message received by its brain. What the tiger sees. Well done. The image in the iris is the key to the contest name.

The shine of the eye looks as though its reflecting the clouds. It has real depth and transparency. Its beautiful but I wonder what stories those eyes could tell, there's a definite sadness there

This is quite a challenge piece. I like the idea and your colors. You have done a good job.
The sky reflection in the eye would go naturally in a curve of the shape of the eye in my thinking. I might be wrong on your cat, but this is where I might try and use my artistic license to 'cheat' and make it more realistic and give it a very black pupil agains the light color.
