OK, my favorite color is blue so you got my attention right away.
This is very beautiful, and really does invoke the sense of calm and quiet on a night-time lake.

As a person who loves moonlight fishing this is really special.. Good use of the available light and the reflections and silhouettes are all laid out in good composition.. I do wish there was a lantern light in the boat with the fisher-person.. The silhouette of the person in the yellower light would add a nice sense of the emotional content that is such a big part of "moonlight" fishing..Just my thoughts on a fine creation Shawn.. Oh,and I love the tulies!...Dennis

Great title and it depicts the story of the photo well. Beautiful moonlit glow in the sky and reflecting in the water, making the boat stay in the shade is fantastic. Good clear photo that is restful and serene. Great impact.Armymom

I love this gorgeously blue creation. You have presented the night excellently with the silhouettes and moon lighting. Details are wonderful, from the beauty in the foreground to the tiny details of the forest in the back. The boat looks great the way you have presented it hidden in the dark. Beautiful, thank you for sharing.

This piece has great story telling capabilities within the evening scene you have put together. The fisherman in his boat just hugging the edge of the shadows is a great find for the viewer when looking at your painting. You don't see him right away but as soon as you do then your eyes adjust to the evening light and you seem able to take in even more of the detail you have skillfully put into your art. The reflections are handled very well and look very realistic. I like the choice of blue to evoke a feeling of serenity and relaxation to the piece. The whole composition is well done indeed!
