You are just so good with these digital nature pieces. I love the colours of the blossoms here, but most of all the sky. You've got the low lying cloud coverage and purply hues so beautifully natural. Just another fabulous piece.

What an excellent job you have done with t his artwork. Your detail in the flowers is incredible and the use of the PSP 9 has worked well here. The background was a good choice for this. Puts the total emphasis on the flowers.

No! I could swear it's a photo! Superb creamy inflorescences, I feel I can touch them; the background is also interesting, it's already evening or is a storm alert - great painting.

Thank you so much for the compliment, Nona, but if it's mine, you can be sure it's not a photo, as I don't even have a camera. LOL. I totaly forgot the poor thing, and left the batteries in it, and needless to say, the batteries ate it up. :) Thank you for the super review! I deeply appreciate it :) Shawn

I like this old fashioned style... It IS very painterly looking, and gorgeous. The flowers seem to have the perfect subtle light source, and it almost fooled me... I thought it was a photo at first. The sky color is very complementary in relation to the flowers and land. Beautiful subject, harmonious color throughout, attractive composition, and very well executed. I wish I knew how to do digital art this well!

Would never have put this down to muted colours - they look good and vibrant to me. Love the detail in the petals being sharp and clear. A little confused as to if the direction of light is consistent but show cares - great image.
