I do so like the colors of this piece and how you framed it. The shadowy look to parts of the plant/tree is very eye-catching and gives depth to it. I am just wondering about the one "stem" coming out of the left side of the pot. Is that supposed to be like that? I especially like the flow of the petals and branches, angling down from left to right. Beautifully done. Thanks for sharing.

Hi, ME. Actually, the plant was multiplied onto the background, therefore not an exact representation as a shadow would be. I did it to add a little more to the painting and for depth. It's almost looks like light coming from both directions. :) Thank you so very much for the wonderful review. :) Shawn

No sixes for you yet but condiser this one to be a virtual six star work.The colors that you used you have not used that often but it's a beautiful combo.I like the serene quality it brings to the viewer and the simplicity it wondrful.The faming is the icing on the cake,it makes it really stand out!!

A lot of elan, good composition, has a nice three dimensional look and it takes me back to the popular decorator items in the 1950's that still can be seen in some old motels.

Thank you so very very much for the excellent review, Cephus. Those prints in the motels have probable been there since the motel was built. Most of them they actually bolt to the wall. LOL. Again, thank you! :) Shawn
