nice picture of a child and the unusual pet. this has a good impact on first view. very clear detail of the face. this photo would be much better if there was more space in front of the child to give "more breathing space". it would also gave more view of the pet.

What a lovely picture of this young child. Such softness to her. Crisp clear focus to the eyes and face. Love the curls. What an interesting pet as well. I hear that people that raise chickens really like it. Excellent lighting and DOF. COI i think your child stole the show

Thank you so very much! This was not a posed picture! She was holding the chicken, all I did was turn the camera toward her and she smiled and I shot!

A beautiful portrait. The composition is excellent. The detail is great, with hairs on the coat showing and freckles on her nose. The colors blend together harmoniously.
