You always do such a great job of capturing these quick creatures! The black b/g makes her stand out so nicely!
I like this pose with her tail feathers cupped forward. Makes me wonder if she was changing direction to fly in reverse!

Another great hummingbird capture, willie! He looks suspended in air (I guess he IS!) The lighting is dramatic, focus very nice and the contrast is striking.

thank you so very much! when i was doing this I shot as many as 300 to get just a couple of good ones! I have about 50 or 60 shots like this! Do the math! It would take hours to shoot that many!
