Beautiful male coardinal. We see them around here alot. I actually like how you blurred out the pine trees and given it a green color. Goes well against the cardinal. Thanks for sharing.

Great picture, these birds are so beautiful! The bird is crisp and sharp. The background blurred out, just the way it should be. The reflection in his eye. It seems as if he is looking right into your camera.

These birds are so pretty and so colourful. As usual your focus is pin sharp showing lovely details in the bird. Excellent use of light as well. The green background is perfect for the red Cardinal. Placement within the frame is very nice together with the neat cropping. Nicely composed image with good balance.

this is so clear
and his colors sing out
and the backround color and blur really highlight his red and black

Oh he is just too cute. That red really pops out at you and the green background really compliments his colouring. Lovely lighting, you can see all the lovely detailing in the feathers. Good luck with the contest

Everything looks excellent. Lighting, detail, sharpness. BG and the pose is very nice. The only thing I would play with is the seed.
