This should be a SIX very good photo of a Blue Heron Excellent Composition and Color Saturation the duplicate in its reflection is very neat just enough astion in the water to let you kmow its there

This is too awesome to me. The initial impact is more than great - it is startling. To have captured the great blue like this, in so crystal clear a shot, with perfect composition and high contrast of autumn leaves reflected in the water not just behind your subject, but to the foreground - is a one-in-a-lifetime-shot any photographer would have been proud to capture. If I had more stars, I would award them.

Over all it is an interesting photograph. Obviously, the bird and its reflection are the highlights of the picture. The bird has sharp focus. the lighting is good. The reflection of the branch at the top of the picture is a bit distracting.

This is another one of those excellent photographs that really deserve a 10 rather than the 5 I am limited to giving this composition. The clarity of the bird is perfect and the reflections in the water is perfect. Excellent job with is and I wish you luck in your competition.
