In answer to the question,
"Is an egg art" I would have
to answer by saying ANYTHING
can potentially be art.It is
what any artist may see
through their eyes.I look on this as not two eggs but possibly two small planets
being sustained by the main
planet,resting on what looks to be a rocky terrain.They are in preparation of leaving to become a part of the large
galaxy.
The technical execution of this photo is superb and I like the use of the flood filter.The lighting gives it a dramatic look.
My take may sound crazy but I'll own that! lol!

I am under the belief, anything is art, presented well and you have a striking image, cut corners and your cracked. EGG would be a nice contest to pursue. You presented the simplicity of the egg and a wild and rocking base for it to rest, good contrast in images.

For one: this photo definitely shows it is. for two: though not every art piece is liked, and since art is in the eye of the beholder,
again egg is art, and three:
go to every big company that pay's for egg advertisement,
poster's, pictures on cartons, and they'll say it is. So I'd have to say it is.
Nice composition by the way.
