Excellent. I don't know how you get them to stay so still for you- but your bird photos look like they are happy to pose for you. Incredible details, and the eye looks like it is right in front of me- for real. Very well done.

Yes, she is very beautiful. Wonderful detail in the eye and the tiny feathers surrounding. I see a reflection of trees in the eye also. She did split the sunflower seed right in half. Nicely framed with sharp focus and good impact. The best of luck in the contest. Thanks for sharing.

What a nice capture here. Such detail in not only the festhers, but also the reflections in its eye. You give a different perspective to the female cardinals. I don't believe I've seen one so up close! Best wishes on the contest.
