Well Mark, as you know I am writing to you from mainland China. Here we eat our meals at a Buddhist temple with the anodyne chants of "Om mi tomo" in the background. On the walls of the kitchen are posters like your drawing, emaciated children, covered in flies, starving.

Your drawing is very real. I would have like to see a less clean environment to make it truthful, y'know twigs and dirt because this and the starving child just don't seem to go together...too different from each other.

Otherwise I have no more constructive criticism to hand to you today. I like this a lot.

Oh, and by the way...at this temple where we eat vegan only meals...when we return our plates, if the monks see one grain of rice left on our plates all heck breaks loose...they want NO FOOD wasted at all....it's a good idea.

and of course being that im amercican the assumption of the land of plenty. hard to beleive we have the same issues here as well...i was adopted at the age of 7. up to that time eating out of a garbage can or panhandle on the street and not knowing what underware is...that was me, on the streets starving dirty, the only way to make the hunger pain to go away was to go to sleep, but waking up was twice as worse..i was lucky and had a family that wanted to adopt me and nurse me back to health. i cherished any kind of food and to this day i have a fit if something gets wasted from that scare in my life. my point is this, how can we be expected to take care of the world when we dont even care about taking care of ourselves...this was the point of this. the guy on th ad is a salesman. i had just told a fellow member that the church missionaires do more than those big organizations claim they do on tv. i kept this pic clean, the child was enough to speak for itself. i hate seeing anyone hungry, so i warn ya dont come to my house because ill make sure your feed...wink...thanks so much for the great reveiw. oh by the way i love veggies better than meat(well i like fish a lot)

I think it was Mother Theresa who said if you want to save the world save yourselves first...or something like that.
