This is an absolutely precious shot of your pup. I love the diagonal composition that adds not only visual interest but emotion to her face as dogs that are really focused on you often tilt their heads. Lovely catch lights in her eyes. Nice contrast. I think it would do well in your contest.

Looks very good to me. She is not spoiled, I can tell from the eyes! A well focused, good frame and exposure to show the cute details on this little lady. My late Mother had a Pug and she actually named it "PUG". Good one.

Yes very cute!The ball in the mouth is covering to much of that cuteness I'm afraid and does not add as much to this image as say a cheeky grin or tongue hanging out licking an ear?As well I find the eye's a little dull,maybe the change to b/w? Not really sure you'd need to compare the two.thanking you for sharing your image for my review.

I like the shot very much. The eyes and the head position screams to you: "play with me...please, please?" The details, sharpness, and the overall balance of the tonality; from the white to the black is great. The only tiny thing I would have done is to include just a little bit more of the ball, for it to be more readily identified. Hope this helps.
