What a color tone to the reflection. Sure do not see that to often. And to get the blue heron in eh right pace and pose, just adds a special touch to the photo, well done in all areas, John

Beautiful shot. The reflection of the flowers, bird and wood in the water make for a complete picture.The background makes the picture like a watercolor painting.

A beautiful photograph of this big blue heron and all those reflections in the water. Great entry for this contest and should be a top contender. I love this photo and you have certainly followed the rule of things on this one, heron in upper left, heron reflection lower left and the log to the right. Makes a nice triangle of visual points. Excellent work and thanks for sharing it. Good luck in the contest.

You've got a perfect balance (no pun intended) of the 3 images, and actually the word balance is kind of the overall sense one gets looking at this serene, calming shot.
