Like the lighting on the bird, creates a very different and unique shot.
Mixed emotions about the green plant, I believe that it works better without it but then again, I also like it in the image.
Nice sharpness, great dynamic range, wonderful color and thanks that the green plant does not hide the feet. Good background, like the green color vs a black background.
Worthy of more than the best I can give it.

A great shot, in all the extention of the word. I like the beautiful blue color of the heron, and the contrast of light and shadows. Fine details, and nice texture. Great camera settings and nice blur on background. Good job
